An Adelaide architect has designed a luxurious Riverland getaway that captures the unique beauty of its bush block setting and idyllic river views.

Te Working Name for the triple-residence retreat project in the Riverland was Natury - as in nature, luxury and privacy. The nature came easily enough; classic Australian red dirt and spectacular views on a cliff top overlooking the River Murray at Paringa.

The luxury could be provided. It would be ultra-luxury, in fact with a heated pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a sauna and spa in each place. Art on the walls. Helicopter flights in and out of Mildura, if required. Wooden boat trips to see the night lights of Renmark on the water.
